I have over 10 years experience working with startups and growing product companies. I enjoy being part of small teams with clear vision and broad responsibilities.
Design lead
I work with cross functional teams to lead design, understand people and businesses, and shape experiences, resulting in considered user interfaces that solve problems well.
Developer experience
I have a degree in computer science and product experience as a developer. I still code as part of design, to explore concepts, build design systems and create plugins.
Strategy
Experience in both product and agency teams, working closely with founders, product managers, developers and other stakeholders to evolve strategy, prioritise impact and deliver value.
Leadership
Although I am a senior individual contributor, rather than a manager, I can lead design with other growing designers, providing them support and mentorship.
